Yesterday Boise’s temperature hit 66°, which breaks the old ‘warmest Thanksgiving’ record of 65° that was set back in 2008. These kinds of temperatures, by the way, are some 20 degrees warmer than our average high for this time of the year (think: 44°-45°). This made is especially pleasant to take a long walk on the Boise River greenbelt today. Although the temperature was a bit milder, it was a gorgeous day for a walk and a few more pictures of the River. Check out the calendar if you haven’t done so. 2018 Boise River Calendar.
A river seems a magic thing. A magic, moving, living part of the very earth itself.
